How do I change my user name and password?

Your username is your email address.  To change this you will first need to login buy clicking the ‘login’ link in the upper right corner of this webpage. Once logged in, you will see your email address in the top right corner of the webpage.  Click on your email address and you will see your membership page.  Here you may change your contact information as well as your email address and password.

Will you rent or sell my contact information?

No. Your privacy is very important to us. To view our privacy policy.


Will I get a membership card?

A membership card is not necessary to enjoy GCA’s benefits. For future reference, please save the confirmation email you received when you registered on the GCA web site.


Can I cancel my membership and request a refund?

You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to admin@gcassociation.org. Your refund of membership dues will be pro-rated to include any remaining full months, for example, 5/12ths.


Can I let my friends or family members use my membership?

You are welcome to share your membership with family and friends; however, please remember that the Global Citizens Association is a non-profit organization that depends on its membership dues to fulfill its mission.


Does my membership expire?

If you purchased your membership directly, it expires after twelve months. If during your active membership period you purchase a product that includes membership in GCA, your membership will be extended to ensure that you have the benefit of the full twelve months you purchased directly.
